Connie Chiara is President and CEO of Corporate Benefit Partners, an employee benefits brokerage and consulting firm based in Boca Raton, Florida. CBP offers an extensive service platform with specific expertise in helping clients to create greater value from their employee benefit programs.
An insurance industry executive with over 40 years of sales, marketing and operational experience, Connie has held leadership positions with some of the country’s largest insurance brokerage and consulting firms. In pursuit of her passion to provide excellence in customer service, Ms. Chiara founded Corporate Benefit Partners in 2015.

A History of Leadership
In recognition of her professional accomplishments and service to her community, Connie was selected by the South Florida Business Journal as an “Influential Business Woman” and is invited each year to participate in the Business Journal’s “Bizwomen Mentoring Monday” event. In 2016, Connie was proud to be presented with the “Spark Award” from GCI Worldwide Corporation at their annual “Extraordinary Women Leading Change” conference. This award is given to an exceptional leader that has taken the steps necessary in her career to ascend in a leadership role and that embodies the true spirit of women who are changing the world one company at a time.
Connie was recently invited to be a part of the South Florida Business Journal’s exclusive Leadership Trust, an advisory panel made up of influential business leaders, executives and entrepreneurs in the South Florida area. She was chosen based on her experience, leadership qualities and influence in the local business landscape. Connie contributed to the SFBJ’s “Critical Conversations – Healthcare” package, discussing Healthcare Reform and will continue to contribute her valuable insights to future articles as a member of the Leadership Trust.
Connie is a frequent speaker for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Her signature seminar, “Group Health Insurance – Negotiate Your Best Possible Price” is accredited for individuals seeking SHRM Credit and has been presented to numerous SHRM Chapters throughout Florida over the past several years, including Broward, Palm Beach, Vero Beach and several others. Connie has presented “Group Health Insurance – Negotiate Your Best Possible Price” and “Health Insurance, Fully Insured vs Self Funding”as a concurrent session speaker at the HR Florida State Conference in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2022.
