Employee assistance programs are really valuable tools for employees to use during certain times in their life. And then they can be referred into the health plan but one of the things that they do a really good job of too is, you know, telephonic resources. So you can call or go online and there’s lots of resources and information of different organizations that might be able to help you depending on the issue that you might have.
