Employee Benefit Plan Communication


One of the most important things about employee benefit plan communication is to think of it at open enrollment for sure, but also throughout the year. Open enrollments important because it is the one time of year where employees actually sit down and think about employee benefit plans again, try to understand their health insurance plan options.

And again, open enrollments important, but have benefits information available to people throughout the year. Whether it’s printed material once or twice a year, reminding them of different parts of their plan that are important, or it’s maybe having a benefits representative in the lunchroom.
